This policy covers cookies and every equivalent technology — pixels, local storage, tracking identifiers — that simplevisa.com reads from or writes to your device, who sets each one, for what purpose, for how long, and how to change your mind. It is maintained against what the site actually runs; the publisher is Simple SAS, whose full identity is in the mentions légales.
How consent works here
Nothing non-essential runs before you choose. On your first visit a banner offers Accept all and Refuse all with equal prominence, plus per-purpose choices (audience measurement, advertising). Until you make a choice, and after a refusal, no analytics or advertising tag loads and no request is sent to those providers — refusal is the default, not a downgrade.
Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days, after which the banner asks again — in line with the CNIL's recommendation to re-ask at most every six months. You can reopen your choices at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page; withdrawal takes effect immediately for future browsing. We keep a record of the choice you made (a random identifier, the choices, the banner version — no IP address) so we can demonstrate it, as the law requires.

Trackers that load only after consent
The following load solely after you accept the corresponding purpose in the banner. PostHog and Google Analytics are live today and their cookies appear in the table above; the advertising tags are added there as they are deployed. The categories, providers and destinations are these:
| Purpose | Service and provider | Data involved | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Audience measurement (the "analytics" choice) | PostHog — PostHog Inc. (USA), hosted on its EU cloud in Frankfurt, Germany | Usage and event data, device and browser details, identifiers, session recordings (all typed input masked) | EU hosting; any US access under PostHog's Data Privacy Framework certification |
| Google Analytics 4 — Google Ireland Limited (Dublin) | Usage and event data, identifiers, approximate location | Ireland / USA (Google LLC) under the Data Privacy Framework | |
| Advertising — conversion measurement, audiences, remarketing (the "advertising" choice) | Google Ads — Google Ireland Limited | Cookies and advertising identifiers, conversion events | Ireland / USA under the Data Privacy Framework |
| Meta Pixel — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Dublin) | Cookies, conversion events, matching data | Ireland / USA (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under the Data Privacy Framework | |
| LinkedIn Insight Tag — LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Dublin) | Cookies, conversion events, matching data | Stored on US servers by LinkedIn Corporation under the Data Privacy Framework |
Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) manages the loading of these tags. It is configured so that no tag fires before the matching consent, using Google's consent-mode signals with everything denied by default.
Changing your mind, here and at the providers
The control that matters is ours: the footer "Cookie settings" link reopens your choices on any page, and refusing there stops the tools above for future browsing. The providers also offer their own account-level controls, which are supplementary rather than a substitute:
- Google ads personalisation: myadcenter.google.com · Google Analytics browser opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Meta ad preferences: accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences
- LinkedIn advertising data: linkedin.com/mypreferences
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site keeps working, and the banner will simply ask again.
What this policy connects to
How the data collected through these tools is used, who is responsible for what, and your rights over it are covered in the privacy policy. This page is updated whenever a tracker is added, removed or reconfigured, and the revision date above moves with it.
